The prices indicated are in euros and include VAT applicable on the date of the reservation. Any change in the applicable rate, or any modification or introduction of new legal taxes by the competent authorities, will be automatically reflected in the prices indicated on the date of invoicing.

Rates are per room for the number of persons indicated and according to the selected period and do not include services (unless otherwise stated).

The tourist tax of 2.05€ per day and per person (over 18 years old) is not included in the price and must be paid directly on site.

Some services may be subject to an additional charge and may be subject to change without notice, for which the hotel is not responsible.

No stay booked before the introduction of a promotional offer will be refunded, even partially.


Reservations can be made at www.tirel-guerin.com/fr , www.theoriginalshotels.com/, by telephone, e-mail or post.
The reservation will only be effective if it is guaranteed by the client, either by providing a valid credit card number or by paying a deposit, and after receiving a detailed reservation confirmation.

Payment for all services must be made directly to the hotel (exceptions made for pre-paid reservations at the time of booking).

The hotel reserves the right to refuse any reservation if the credit card number is incorrect or the reservation is incomplete.

Bookings from all sources are payable in euros only.

Maison Tirel Guerin accepts the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard, and has a secure reservation system (SSL) which protects and encrypts all sensitive data transmitted at the time of booking to prevent disclosure to a third party.

Upon registration of the reservation, a credit card charge authorization will be made. This will be done for information purposes, and will not be a charge to the account except in the following cases:

– Non-cancellable – “non-refundable promotional offer”.

– If the validity date of the credit card is before the arrival date.

– If the arrival date is more than 89 days from the booking date.

The client is solely responsible for his choice of services and their adequacy to his needs, so that the responsibility of LA MAISON TIREL GUERIN cannot be sought in this respect.

  • ARTICLE III: Organisation of the reservation

– Rooms: Rooms will be made available to guests from 3 p.m. and must be vacated by noon on the day of departure. If this time limit is exceeded, an additional night’s stay may be charged.
– Breakfast: The guest must cancel the number of breakfasts no later than 11 pm the day before. After this time, the hotel reserves the right to charge for breakfast even if it is not consumed.

– No-shows: No-shows (services ordered but not cancelled) will be charged on the basis of the entire stay.

  • ARTICLE IV: Long stay
    In case of a long stay (more than one week), an invoice will be established per week.
  • ARTICLE V: Modification of services
    Any request for a change in services in relation to the reservation made must be sent in writing to the establishment. The modification can only be accepted and confirmed according to the availability of the establishment at the time of the request.
    Any modification or cancellation of a reservation must be requested by email at resa@tirel-guerin.com or by telephone on 02 99 89 10 46.

The request will only become effective when La Maison Tirel Guerin has confirmed its acceptance in writing.

In case of modification or cancellation of the stay, the following conditions apply (except in case of force majeure):

– For any request made less than 72 hours before the planned date of arrival, the amount of the first night will be charged.

– In case of no-show on the scheduled arrival date, your credit card will be charged for the first night.

– Any stay started is fully payable.

For bookings made via our partners’ websites, cancellations must be made via this website. The cancellation conditions that apply are then specific to the partner and may therefore differ from those of Maison Tirel Guerin.

In the event of an extension of the stay, the guest must inform the hotel reception by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure at the latest, in order to check availability.

    The children’s breakfast rate applies to children up to and including 8 years of age.

The junior breakfast rate applies to children aged 9 to 12 inclusive

Pets are allowed in the hotel under certain conditions at a cost of 17 € per pet.

Rooms are available from 15:00 and must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure. A surcharge may be applied if the maximum check-out time is not met. In case of arrival after 19:00, the reception must be notified.

The client accepts and undertakes to use the room in good manners. Any behaviour contrary to good morals and public order will lead the hotelier to ask the client to leave the establishment without any compensation or refund if payment has already been made.

  • ARTICLE VII: Relocation
    In the event of force majeure, the establishment reserves the right to accommodate the participants, in whole or in part, in a nearby hotel of an equivalent category for services of the same nature, with the costs inherent in the transfer remaining at the expense of the establishment, which may not be called upon to pay any additional compensation.
  • ARTICLE VIII: Promotional stay
    Promotions cannot be combined, modified or cancelled and are valid at the prices and dates indicated. Special conditions: the customer’s credit card details are required to benefit from these promotions. No changes or cancellations can be made after booking. In case of cancellation, the full amount of the package is due.
  • ARTICLE IX: Terms of payment
    The terms of payment for the prize are as follows:

At the end of your stay, the deposit will be deducted from the final invoice, for the period initially planned. The balance invoices are payable upon receipt on the day of departure. Unless otherwise agreed, there is no delay in payment. The payment of extras (laundry, drinks, telephone, tourist tax…) claimed from the participants, will be ensured by the participants concerned before their departure. In the absence of payment, the invoice will be sent to the client who undertakes to pay it at the reception.

Any delay in payment shall give rise to the invoicing of late penalties equal to one and a half times the legal interest rate in force without prior notice.

  • ARTICLE X: Insurance – damage – breakage – theft
    The guest is responsible for the safekeeping of their belongings and equipment. A safe is available in the room. The client must inform the establishment of any damage caused by him. The client is responsible for all damage caused by his intermediary and undertakes, in the event of damage to the premises made available (room, common areas such as swimming pool, jacuzzi, garden, lounge, sanitary facilities) to bear the cost of repairing the damage.
  • ARTICLE XI: Recommendations
    The client undertakes not to invite any person whose behaviour is likely to be prejudicial to the establishment, the latter reserving the right to intervene if necessary. The client may not bring in any outside drinks or foodstuffs without prior authorisation from the management. The client undertakes to ensure that the participants and their guests respect all the rules and regulations of the establishment (in particular the ban on smoking). The client shall ensure that the participants do not disturb the operation of the establishment or jeopardise the safety of the establishment or the people in it.
  • ARTICLE XII : Force majeure
    The establishment may be released from its obligations or suspend their execution if it is unable to fulfil them due to the occurrence of a case of force majeure, and in particular in the event of total or partial destruction of the establishment, strike etc…
